refactor(papra): cleanup install script community-style

- Remove unnecessary vars and comments
- Use apt-get instead of apt
- Get pnpm version from package.json
- Use NODE_MODULE for pnpm setup
- Simplify service (node direct, no corepack)
- Compact .env format
