feat(loki): add whiptail menu to update script

Browse Source 
- Add interactive menu with 3 options
- Update Loki & Promtail
- Configure listening on 0.0.0.0 (all interfaces)
- Configure listening on container IP only
- Matches alpine-loki.sh functionality
