Restore interactive NetBird setup prompts

- Add deployment type selection (Managed vs Self-Hosted)
- Add authentication method selection (Setup Key, SSO, Skip)
- Interactive prompts work in production when run through build.func
- Proper indentation and cleanup_lxc usage
